About the seminar

Like Brushing Your Teeth, but Mentally

We are taught from a young age that we need to complete regular actions to take care of our physical hygiene. Brushing teeth, going to see the doctor regularly, all of these are intended to care for our physical wellbeing. But what about our mental wellbeing? It’s just as important, yet we almost never learn concrete skills to support and maintain our mental health. This course is aimed at shedding light on the various factors that influence our mental health and how we can address those with small changes to our daily routines. Gain a better understanding of how you feel, why you feel the way you do and how you can influence that every day. Get back the control over your mind!

This course starts at 12:30 CET (German Time) and is approximately 1 hour long.
