About the seminar

Bouncing Back After Events or Circumstances

Feelings of stress can emanate from various sources in our lives, including work, finances, relationships and social media. This course is aimed at giving you some insight into how your thought patterns form a large part of how you experience these interactions and how that may influence your behaviour. We offer easy-to-follow tools and strategies to train your brain to ask the right questions and clarify the situation in order to objectively and actively counter the reactions we usually tend to follow. Learn to become aware of your inner workings in order to choose the path you follow. Take the lead, don’t be led.

This course starts at 12:30 CET (German Time) and is approximately 1 hour long.
